This week, I stand poised in a lacing detailed blazer dress. Some may say, pastels are so last season, but a powdered yellow blazer dress never goes out of style. It exudes boss babe energy. This dress features lacing details at the waist, a snap button closure, and a breast pocket. In effort to achieve a 70's inspired aesthetic, I styled it with a deep purple fedora and a pair of white pointed-toe boots. And so, the slightly oversized fit of the blazer and the exaggerated brim of the fedora complemented one another bringing symmetry and consistency to the look despite the contrasting colorway.
